Anti-Corruption and Ethics Policy

Goathead Records (“Goathead”) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, payola, kickbacks, or any form of illicit payment, inducement, or promise to secure or retain business, placement, or favorable treatment. This applies to all employees, contractors, executives, artists enrolled in the Goathead Accelerator Program (“Accel Program”), external agents, affiliates, and any third parties conducting business with or on behalf of Goathead.

Under no circumstances may any representative of Goathead offer, give, solicit, or accept any form of bribe, secret commission, or other improper payment. Goathead’s resources, including but not limited to promotional placements, press articles, or Accel Program deliverables, shall never be exchanged for improper favors or personal gain. Any suspected violation of this Policy must be reported immediately to legal@goatheadrecords.com. Goathead strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a report in good faith. Any breach of this Policy may result in termination of employment, removal from the Accel Program, cancellation of deliverables, permanent ban from Goathead’s network, and prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All demo submissions, whether physical or digital, are unsolicited unless otherwise agreed in writing by Goathead. By submitting a demo, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the content and that no portion infringes the rights of any third party. Submission of a demo does not create any obligation on Goathead to review, provide feedback, enter into any contractual relationship, or issue compensation.

Goathead is under no obligation to return any physical or digital submissions. Goathead may destroy or permanently delete unsolicited material at its sole discretion. Any similarities between unsolicited material and content independently developed by Goathead, its executives, or Accel Program participants are purely coincidental and shall not give rise to any claim against Goathead.

The Goathead Accel Program is a subscription-based service designed to provide select artists with structured deliverables, including but not limited to professional mixes, placements, PR articles, brand consultation, and audience development assets (“Deliverables”). Artists agree that all fees paid to Goathead for Accel Program enrollment are final and non-refundable.

Deliverables generated under the Accel Program, including finished tracks and visual assets explicitly produced for the artist, are owned by the artist upon full payment, subject to any agreed license back to Goathead for promotional use. All systems, processes, frameworks, templates, proprietary tools, brand marks, and methodologies used to produce the Deliverables remain the sole intellectual property of Goathead and may not be duplicated or repurposed.

Artists shall not attempt to circumvent Goathead’s proprietary delivery systems, including distribution watermarks, encrypted files, or other security measures. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or leak Goathead’s core frameworks will result in immediate expulsion from the Program and potential legal action.

Artists may be granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable licenses to use certain Goathead IP strictly for the purpose of promoting Deliverables produced through the Accel Program. This license shall terminate immediately upon breach of any part of this Agreement.

Open Source & Community Assets

If Goathead becomes aware of any Deliverable, PR placement, or promotional asset that infringes upon the rights of any third party, violates applicable law, or breaches these Terms, Goathead reserves the right to recall, remove, or disable such content at its sole discretion.
