VIDEO EDITOR (on-site/Remote – Los Angeles)
Goathead Records is looking for a motivated and creative Video Editor to join our team full-time in Los Angeles.
You’ll take part in shaping the visual language of our brand, working across artist campaigns, music videos, creative documentaries, and digital content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Edit, synchronize, and deliver music-related and promotional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
-
Conceptualize and pitch new visual directions for Goathead projects and campaigns.
-
Cut and refine promotional videos, short-form social content, and behind-the-scenes features.
-
Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and artist teams to ensure all visuals align with the Goathead brand.
-
Participate in video shoots, lighting setups, and photography sessions as needed.
PROFILE
-
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
-
Background in video editing, post-production, or visual media.
-
Passion for music, storytelling, and visual design.
-
Solid sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional timing.
-
Excellent written and spoken English.
-
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with an independent mindset.
PLUS
-
Experience with music videos, short-form content, or branded storytelling.

Understanding of the independent music industry and artist branding.
-
Familiarity with DAWs (Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic) a plus.
-
Skills in motion design or VFX (After Effects).
-
Experience with color grading and photo retouching.
-
Experience behind the camera (videography, lighting, direction).

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Intern) — Los Angeles, On-Site / Remote
Goathead Records is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support our creative and marketing teams. You will help craft visual assets for artist campaigns, social media, and brand materials that live across web and print.
Responsibilities

Design visual assets for campaigns across web, video, and still images

Contribute to and help evolve Goathead’s visual identity

Adapt layouts for multiple formats and platforms

Edit and retouch photos for promotional use

Profile

Experience in design, communications, or related roles

Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

PRODUCT OWNER / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER — Los Angeles, On-site
Goathead Records is hiring a Product Owner to lead our web products and internal tools. You blend product sense, UX, and agile execution with a working knowledge of music production and creator workflows.
Responsibilities
-
Lead site and platform projects from concept to launch, aligned to clear business goals and user needs

Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-
Plan sprints, manage timelines, and deliverables in close partnership with design, engineering, and marketing
-
Map user journeys, refine IA, and validate solutions with analytics and fast feedback loops
-
Prioritize the roadmap, balance scope vs impact, de risk builds, and ship on time
-
Serve as primary point of contact between leadership and the project team with crisp communication and status
Core Skills

Project tools: Jira, Trello, or Asana

Web stack understanding: PHP or modern frameworks, JavaScript, APIs

Agile: backlog management, sprint planning, retros, shipping increments

UX and UI: user centered design, Figma or Sketch proficiency

Music workflow literacy: familiarity with DAWs like Pro Tools and Logic
Preferred
