GRAVE PARK PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Goathead Records (“Goathead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Grave Park, including the Grave Park mobile application, related support services, and Grave Park web pages operated by Goathead Records.

By downloading, accessing, or using Grave Park, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Grave Park is designed primarily as a single-player entertainment experience.

The current version of Grave Park does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, telephone number, or other identifying information in order to play the game.

Certain game information may be stored locally on your device in order to support gameplay functionality. This may include information such as unlocked content, game progression, preferences, audio settings, or similar game-state information.

This locally stored information is used to make the game function properly and is not intended to identify you personally.

2. INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE

You may choose to contact Goathead Records through our website, support pages, email addresses, bug-reporting tools, or other communication channels.

If you contact us, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as:

Your name or email address
The contents of your message
Information about a bug or technical issue
Your device type, operating system, or app version if you provide that information
Screenshots, recordings, or other materials you choose to send us

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide support, investigate technical problems, protect the game and our users, or improve Grave Park.

3. GAME PROGRESS AND LOCAL STORAGE

Grave Park may store certain information directly on your device to maintain game functionality.

For example, the game may remember whether certain areas, features, or content have been unlocked.

Local game information may be deleted if you uninstall Grave Park, clear the application's storage, reset your device, or otherwise remove locally stored application data.

Unless otherwise stated, locally stored gameplay information is not treated as a user account and is not intended to create a profile about you.

4. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Grave Park itself does not require you to create a personal profile in order to play.

However, your device operating system, application store, or other infrastructure used to distribute or operate the game may process limited technical information as part of normal application installation, updates, security, crash handling, or platform functionality.

Depending on your device and platform, this information may include general device information, operating-system information, application version, crash information, or similar technical data.

Such information may be processed by Apple, Google, or other platform providers according to their own privacy policies and terms.

5. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

The current version of Grave Park is not intended to use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-app behavioral advertising.

Grave Park does not require advertising tracking in order to play the game.

If we introduce analytics, advertising services, online accounts, multiplayer features, cloud saves, or other services that materially change the information collected by Grave Park, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, the privacy disclosures provided to the applicable application stores.

6. PURCHASES

If Grave Park offers purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform, payment transactions are processed by that platform or payment provider.

Goathead Records does not receive your complete payment-card information from Apple or Google.

The applicable store or payment provider may process transaction information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Grave Park may be distributed through or interact with services operated by third parties, including:

Apple App Store / Apple Services Apple may process information relating to downloads, purchases, device functionality, crash reporting, or other App Store services according to Apple's own policies. Google Play / Google Services
Google may process information relating to downloads, purchases, device functionality, security, or other Google Play services according to Google's own policies. Grave Park may also contain links that open websites or services operated by third parties.

Once you leave Grave Park or a Goathead-operated website, the privacy practices of the third party you visit will govern your activity there. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services they choose to use.

8. EXTERNAL LINKS

Grave Park may contain links to websites operated by Goathead Records or third parties, including pages relating to support, legal information, artists, music, or other content.

Following an external link may open your device's web browser.

Goathead Records is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.

9. MUSIC AND ARTIST CONTENT

Grave Park contains music, artwork, artist features, and other licensed or authorized creative material.

Simply listening to music or viewing artist material within the game does not require you to provide personal information to the featured artist. Links associated with artists or other external content, if provided, may direct you to third-party websites or platforms with their own privacy practices.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND AGE-APPROPRIATE USE

Grave Park is a horror entertainment experience and may contain frightening imagery, violence, blood, gore, references to death, disturbing environments, strong language, or other mature themes.

Grave Park is not directed to children under 13, and Goathead Records does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the game. Parents and guardians should review the age rating displayed on the applicable application store and determine whether Grave Park is appropriate for a child in their care. If we become aware that personal information has been knowingly submitted to us by a child in circumstances where parental consent is legally required, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the information below.

11. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

When we receive information in connection with Grave Park, we may use it to:

Operate and maintain Grave Park
Provide requested support
Investigate crashes, bugs, or technical problems
Improve game performance and compatibility
Protect the security and integrity of the game

We do not sell personal information provided through Grave Park.

Grave Park may be available to users in multiple countries. Privacy and data-protection rights differ between jurisdictions.
