From Santa Monica to Times Square, identical notes appearing overnight. Same words. Same smile. No source.

It is no longer isolated.
Reports are coming in from multiple cities. Same object. Same message. Same placement pattern.
A yellow post-it note reading:
All Year :)
Santa Monica was among the first areas flagged. Notes appearing on desks, street poles, cafe counters. No witnesses. No footage showing placement.
Then New York. Independent reports, including one from New York artist Trish Discord, on her way to work, claim sections of Times Square are now covered.

Not in obvious clusters. Scattered. Intentional. Blended into the environment. You do not notice them all at once. You notice one. Then another. Then you realize they are everywhere.
London artists reports similar sightings. So does Paris. Tokyo. No confirmed coordination between cities. No organization claiming responsibility.
The notes themselves are consistent.
Same yellow tone. Same handwriting style. Same spacing. Same smiley.
No fingerprints. No markings. No variation.
Authorities have not issued statements. Most cases are being ignored due to lack of damage or threat. But the pattern is growing. Some notes appear in public spaces. Others in private. Desks. Elevators. Inside books. On car dashboards. Placed, not dropped.
And now the question is no longer what it is.
It is how far it goes.
All year.
