We have the pleasure to have this great artist here for our "New Hot Discovery" Series.

GH: Hi Tyonna! Welcome To Goathead! Can you tell us a bit about your musical background and how you first got started in the industry?

TyonnaKeyz: Hi! I first got started in the industry in 2020 with the release of my debut project, but my love for music goes way back. I've been singing for as long as I can remember. I grew up listening to a wide range of genres, from gospel to hip-hop to soul, and that has definitely influenced my sound. After years of writing and recording my own music, I decided to take the plunge and release my first project in 2020, which was a big moment for me.

GH: Your music is a blend of R&B, hip-hop, and soul. How do you approach the creative process when combining these different genres, and what do you hope to convey to your audience through your music? TyonnaKeyz: When I'm creating music, I try to let the beat and the vibe guide me. I listen to the instrumental and let it inspire me to come up with melodies and lyrics that fit the mood. As far as combining different genres, I think it's important to stay true to my own style and not force anything that doesn't feel authentic. I hope that my music conveys a sense of honesty and vulnerability and that people can relate to the emotions I'm expressing in my songs. GH: Your latest single, "Bad Habits," has been making waves on streaming platforms. Can you tell us about the inspiration behind the song and what message you hope listeners take away from it? TyonnaKeyz: "Bad Habits" was inspired by personal experiences with friends and family, where I realized that sometimes we have habits or behaviors that we don't even realize are harmful to those around us. The song is about acknowledging those bad habits, asking for forgiveness, and hoping that the people we love will continue to support us and be there for us as we work on ourselves. I hope that listeners can relate to the message and feel inspired to take a closer look at their own habits and relationships.

GH: Your single "The Praise" was released in 2020. Looking back on the project, what was your favorite part of the creative process, and what did you learn from the experience? TyonnaKeyz: "The Praise" was a really special project for me because it was my first official release, and I was able to work with some amazing producers and collaborators on the track. My favorite part of the creative process was probably seeing how the song evolved from its initial concept to the finished product and hearing all the different elements come together. I learned a lot about the importance of collaboration and trusting the creative process, and it was definitely a valuable learning experience for me.

GH: What can fans expect from you in the future? Are there any upcoming projects or collaborations that you're excited to share with your audience? TyonnaKeyz: I'm really excited to keep sharing new music with my fans and continuing to grow as an artist. I have a lot of new projects in the works, and I'm collaborating with some amazing producers and musicians on my upcoming releases. I'm also looking forward to eventually being able to perform live and connect with my fans in person. Overall, fans can expect more honest, relatable music that speaks to the ups and downs of life and love.

GH: Was a pleasure to get to know you, Tyonna. Sure we will hear from you doing big things soon!

TyonnaKeyz: Great to be here! Thank You Goathead!
